Our Purpose

California Emergency Response Search and Rescue is an 'All Volunteer' California Non-Profit 501(c)(3) corporation organized for the purpose of:

• Providing Search and Rescue assistance to any City, County, State, or Federal Agency

• Train volunteers to provide these services

• Educate the public about Recreational Water Safety

Note:  Our First Responders Members are 'Volunteer First Responders'

 as definded by California Labor Code section 1720.4(a).
