PLEASE NOTE:    Every applicant will be required to pass a FBI background check.

REQUIRED TRAINING [to be completed within 6 months of membership]

Cal-Sar Team Members will be required to have a minimum of the following training:

• FEMA Certification IS 100

• FEMA Certification IS 288.A - Volunteer Organizations in Emergency Management

• FEMA Certification IS 300

• FEMA Certification IS 809 #9 - For Search and Rescue

• First Aid

• CPR

• CERT Training

• NASBLA Approved Boating Course
